Jeremy Ochsner
After 17 years in the payment processing industry—where price was always the main conversation, Jeremy Ochsner saw an opportunity for something greater. He discovered the insurance industry and the ability to deliver real value by helping business owners not just lower costs, but manage risk in a way that impacts their employees, operations, and long-term success. The same risk management approach applies to personal households, as well.
With a deep understanding of commercial and personal insurance, Jeremy helps business owners, families, and individuals protect what matters most. His focus goes beyond selling policies—he works to educate clients, simplify complex coverage, and deliver practical solutions tailored to each unique need.
With more than 11 years of entrepreneurial experience, Jeremy founded Ochsner Insurance in Reno, NV, to serve small and medium-sized businesses. His consultative, relational approach focuses on lowering the total cost of risk—not just insurance premiums. While premiums are often just 25% of that cost, Jeremy works with business owners to address the other 75% through proactive strategies.

Jeremy is an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about helping others grow and succeed. Outside of insurance, Jeremy is a passionate outdoorsman, wild game cook, a devoted husband and father, and man of faith. He loves to hunt big game, upland birds and waterfowl, cast a fly rod on a warm summer day, and invest in his community. His vision extends beyond business success in Reno, NV and beyond—he is committed to supporting local & international non-profits and committed to building a land company that provides property for church development worldwide and raising a family grounded in faith, self-sufficiency, and service.
